The Model

Navigate. Survive. Shoot. Hunt. Ride.

Black Lodge is the land mastery domain of the Black Vault. Five disciplines, three phases, one standard: every skill is earned through sweat, patience, and deliberate practice on real terrain.

Old Skills, New Standard

Non-electrical land navigation. Multi-climate survival rotations. Precision rifle from 100 to a mile. Backcountry hunting across every terrain and season. Horsemanship from groundwork to trail. These are the skills machines cannot replace. The Lodge exists to ensure they are never lost.

Three Phases, Self-Funding

Phase I runs guided experiences and certification courses. Revenue from memberships, events, and partnerships funds Phase II operations. Phase III acquires permanent preserves. Every phase validates the next. No external dependency. No borrowed conviction.

Eramos × Haus of Black

Aaron Baker and Ryan Bailey bring Eramos Outdoor Gear, the Elevate & Explore platform, and deep backcountry expertise. Combined with Haus governance and the Doctrine of Discipline, Black Lodge becomes the premier land mastery institution in North America.

The Progression

Three Phases of Growth

Each phase is self-funding. Each phase builds the foundation for the next. From guided courses to owned preserves.

Courses, Certifications & Guided Experiences

Validate & Generate

Launch precision shooting certifications, guided backcountry hunts, land navigation courses, and wilderness survival rotations. Partner with existing ranges, outfitters, and public lands. Revenue from course fees, memberships, and gear partnerships through Eramos Outdoor Gear.

Simultaneously build the Elevate & Explore media platform: field content, podcast episodes, and gear reviews that drive awareness and establish credibility.

Leased Ranges & Operational Lodges

Operate & Scale

Phase I revenue funds dedicated operations. Lease long-range facilities for the 1,000-yard and mile-shot certification programs. Establish seasonal lodge rotations across multiple climate zones: Appalachian hardwoods, Western high desert, Southern swamp, Northern cold weather. Run equestrian programs on Serenity House properties.

Expand the instructor cadre. Formalize the Black Lodge mastery progression system with KPI-tracked advancement through each discipline.

Purchase Our Own Preserves

Own the Land

Black Lodge acquires managed preserves and ranches. Permanent long-range shooting facilities with certified courses from 100 yards to one mile. Hunting preserves with managed wildlife populations. Equestrian facilities. On-site lodging for Academy rotations. Homestead operations integrated with Serenity House Foundation properties.

The preserve becomes the permanent home for Black Lodge disciplines. All revenue engines converge: guided hunts, corporate retreats, shooting certifications, Academy rotations, and Black Vault multi-asset weekends.

Groundwork to Trail

Equestrian fundamentals on Serenity House properties. Groundwork, tack, riding posture, trail navigation. Pack horse management for backcountry access. The partnership between man and horse restored.

The Rifle Progression

From First Shot to One Mile

The Black Lodge shooting program is progressive. Master one distance before advancing. Certified at each level. KPI-tracked. Records visible. Always.

Foundation — 100 to 300 Yards

Fundamentals of marksmanship. Breathing, trigger control, natural point of aim, wind reading basics. Rifle maintenance and safety certification. The bedrock everything else is built on.

Certification Level I

Intermediate — 300 to 600 Yards

Ballistic calculation. Wind holds. Positional shooting. Barricades and field positions. Competition-grade accuracy. Introduction to spotting and team shooting.

Certification Level II

The Little Stick — 1,000 Yards

The first true milestone. Sub-MOA at 1,000 yards. Advanced ballistics, environmental corrections, and the discipline to make a cold bore shot count. Certification requires consistent verified hits.

1,000 Yard Certified

The Big Stick — One Mile

The apex. Extreme long range. Mirage reading, Coriolis correction, spindrift, transonic management. Half-MOA at a mile is the standard that separates Lodge masters from everyone else.

The Standard

Earned Through Terrain

Every certification, every record, every position in the Lodge is earned through demonstrated competence in the field. No exceptions. No purchases. No shortcuts.

The land is the proving ground. Your results are the only testimony.
